need fix it ASAP! Pillars of War datacrons returned back to Lv 5!

Hi I spent so much on Pillars of War datacrons in two months, but now all of them have been reverted back to Lv 5? What's wrong? what happened ? Even all of them back to lv5, but I lose the mater...

9-year player, 1st post. It's amazing that a group of people agreed on a complete reset of all dc stats because if 1 clause, instead of fixing the clause. All stats lossed and reroll materials squandered. 🫩

yes, I do agree with you, I hope all is the same as before. but i am afraid they are unable to work it out by this way.
