Missing Darth Revan Shards

I just completed the Darth Revan Legendary event but it did not award me the remaining 55 shards of the character despite me completing every event tier. I am at 275 out of 330 shards even though every tier is complete.

Because of this, I cannot unlock the character and I do not know what to do.

Here is proof that I have completed the event but I am missing his shards, I have asked EA help multiple times and they have not fixed my issue yet.
