just purchased one of the new “kyrotech salvage bundle II” and I’m fairly confident I didn’t receive a single kyrotech from it.
i know because i already had slightly over a hundred prods before purchase and now only at 114 total. If I read the pack correctly I should receive 25 of each with an extra 20 randomly chosen.
any help would be appreciated.

I purchased the pack from the PC client, game crashed, I thought nothing of it, loaded back up purchased the 2nd one (has a 2 limit) and the game crashed again.
My card has been charged for both packs, and I received 0 Kyros.
The same happened to me as well, got charged and then the game gave an error without giving the kyro. Now it keeps giving an error when I click to buy the pack again
same here money has left my account but nothing
Same here, purchased on the PC App, game crashed. I tried the restore purchased on my phone but nothing.
edit: this morning I received them, maybe it has been fixed

Oh good I'm not alone. Also purchased two, crashed both times, got charged and received nothing.
Edit: The pack is still showing up in my store but says I own it already then crashes the game again.
Same here, purchased twice via the PC client. Both times the client crashed and I got no gear from these purchases but was charged. Pack also remains available to purchase despite having a 2x limit.

Experienced the exact same thing this morning. Tried buying the bundle on PC Client, got Error Code 9, restarted and tried buying one more time, same error loop. Didn't get items from either purchase attempt.
Decided to leave it and try it on my phone when I got to work, was able to successfully purchase one bundle on my phone, but then I noticed I got charged for the 2 that failed on the PC Client. I have the confirmation emails and am holding off on purchasing anymore until further word.
