New Update = Instant Crash | App won't load at all (tried everything)

Going on 8 hours now. Game still crashes instantly on launch — no error, no progress bar, nothing. I’ve tried it all: reinstall, cache clear, emulator swap, voodoo dance. Doesn’t matter. Game’s completely bricked.

Meanwhile, Capital Games is doing what they do best: absolutely nothing. Not a single official post, not a whisper of acknowledgment. Because let’s face it — if it’s not affecting the top 10 whales, it’s not even on their radar.

That’s right. The lucky few up there still get to log in, hoard their crystals, finish their dailies, dominate TW, and act like everything's fine. The rest of us? We’re invisible. Just collateral damage.

And when (or if) they finally fix this? Get ready for the usual insult disguised as compensation: 50 crystals, a mod slice, and maybe a chromium card to really show they care. Keep it. Honestly. Shove it right back where it came from. It’s not just worthless — it’s offensive.

We’ve missed events, payouts, refreshes, progress — and the devs don’t even have the decency to acknowledge the mess they’ve caused. How is this even remotely acceptable from a multi-million dollar live service in 2025?

Every update now is like flipping a coin: will it run, or will it wreck everything? And when it breaks — it’s our fault to fix it, our job to troubleshoot it, and our time that gets wasted.

We don’t need new marquees, cash grabs, or overhyped galactic distractions. We need a working game. We need developers who actually care — about all players, not just the whales keeping the lights on.

So Capital Games, here’s the deal:
Fix. The. Game.
Own. The. Screw-up.
And spare us your insulting, token “compensation.” We’re not that stupid.

I have the same problem. I playing on Win 7 with android emulator. With Memu, it is allow to enter the game, but super slow, and if I try to battle, the game crashes in the middle of the fight.With BlueStacks it is not even allow to enter the game. It is crushes almost as I push the start button. I tried the normal things, like reinstall the game, empty the game data, ect.

Im having the same issues, was working just fine at 5.30am EST, did dailies and then updated. Exactly the same problem, instant crash, so cleared all the cache, did a disk and pc cleanup. Uninstall/reinstall. Same problem no matter what. All drivers and system are up to date. I'm about 12 hours from permanently walking away from 2x 13m accounts :(

We have had nothing but problems since last night and they are as quiet as a mouse. Not 1 post saying, Hey guys, we are experiencing issues. How hard is it to communicate.
