No rewards raid krait dragon and the rise of the empire

466423787 After the end of rise of the empire 18,06,2023, my account was excluded from the guild https://swgoh.gg/g/ImJFgwCeRLCT-tDTzvv_IA/, passed at least 1 hour as awards to other players came. When I logged into the game, the rise of the empire awards were not in my mail. Also, the rewards for the raid of Krayt dragon didn't come. Please help me get the rewards back if possible. My account is https://swgoh.gg/p/466423787/. Cleaned the cache app Data completely deleted, logged into my account .

I already contacted https://help.ea.com, application number 148522372, it is closed but no decision. There was no reply to the mail. Help solve this or please give me an answer on this issue.

  • Hi @6oul7bduxfen

I'm sorry to hear you're missing content. We can't help with those cases on Answers HQ but our support team can take a look into it for you. I'm not sure why it might have been closed automatically. It sounds like a technical issue on their end. Try sending in a new case, this time make sure to send in a help ticket from in-game. It helps bring through information the support team will need to look into your case. It'd also help to have your Player ID and Ally Code on hand too in case they need it.

Once in touch with the support team, an advisor will examine the other case to better to understand what might have happened there and if there was an issue, the advisor will correct that asap. They'll then check out the missing content and let you know what can be done from there.
