Not able to purchase LSB
I know a lot of people have posted about it here and I’ve replied to a few but I figured I’d post too so people know they’re not alone and it gets more traction. I can’t purchase an LSB on the game or the web store. It just gives that same Oops… message. I think it stems from canceling the purchase when you go to make the purchase. I contacted support and they said it was an issue that they were aware of and to keep an eye out. Not super relieving but at least it’s something. The thing is, this has been an issue for a while because it happened to me with the General Skywalker bundle but it only took a store refresh for me to be able to purchase. So what is the issue this time and why has it not been fixed/why is it worse?
UPDATE:
I figured out the issue at least on my end. I went to purchase it in the in-game store and it says that I have a purchase pending and asks if I want to cancel the pending purchase (No purchase should have been pending but whatever lol), so I confirmed the cancellation and it worked. You can make the purchase from webstore as well if you're trying to get the kessel run rewards
