not letting me see any stuff in the shop of the swgoh pc client
it doesn't let me see any of the items that are in the shop and when I click the crystals part of the store is says, unable to proceed with this request as it is not in line with EA requirements, I dont know how to fix this. I also dont see any packs that cost real money just crystals

You account is flagged as a minor (child) account, which is the reason why you can't see or buy anything.
If you aren't underaged, pleased get in touch with our support to have that corrected.
