Paid twice for the R5-D4 bundle and didnt receive rewards

I attempted to buy the bundle I a few days ago in game on IOS and it didnt work so i went to the webstore to buy it and it worked, after going in game though i dont receive the 30 shards and era mats i instead get 2 batches of 4324 crystals.

Yesterday while looking through my card purchases i find that on the 7th of may, when i bought the bundle, i got charged for 34.99€ on EA and on Apple when i tried to buy it with apple pay in game. I tried support but its useless they dont understand the problem, how can i get my money back??
