Places of Power

Hi, I was attempting the Challenge Tier III of the Places of Power event yesterday. It was a very long battle because after losing two characters in Round 2 of the battle, neither team was doing much damage. I was finally able to make it to the final Round 8 of the battle and even had it down to only two enemy characters. This was at least a 30 minute process and probably closer to 45 minutes to an hour long process. However, before I could defeat the final two characters, my game inexplicably shut down and restarted. This happened even before the scheduled restart at 2:15 eastern time. There wasn’t a message about needing to “restart the client” or anything like this. Is there any way I can still get the rewards for this event?  Thank you.
