Possible Unauthorized Apple/Game Center Linkage
I need assistance from EA/Capital Games staff with an urgent SWGOH account-security issue.
My SWGOH account has had repeated unauthorized access despite me securing the Google account and EA account associated with it. The unauthorized user has repeatedly accessed the account, removed my EA Connect linkage, spent crystals purchased with real money, sent harassing in-game messages, and threatened further damage to the account.
I have already gone through EA Help, EA Live Chat, and in-game support multiple times. I keep being redirected between support channels without anyone resolving the Player ID-level issue, repeatedly being instructed to change EA/Google passwords again, and then rerouted back to another support channel.
I recently attempted to access the account from an Apple device ot determine if that was how the unathorized user was accessing it--I had never linked it to an Apple account or Game Center before.
I received a popup stating that the selected account was already linked to an Apple account. I have never done so. This appears to indicate an unauthorized authentication path and may explain how the person continues to access the account after my Google and EA accounts were secured.
I need this escalated to someone at Capital Games who can review the Player ID’s linked authentication providers, active sessions, and linkage history, and remove any unauthorized Apple/Game Center, EA, Google Play, Facebook, or other account linkage.
I can provide screenshots, Player ID, and case history privately to EA/CG staff.
