Posting again in the hopes I can get some support
I purchased the Resistance rising LSB on 10/16. I did not receive its contents. I have tried going through the in game help and have been told by 3 “advisors” that the goods were credited to my account, despite having proof they were not. I even told 2 of the advisors such, yet they completely ignore that and say all is well then disconnect from the conversation. This is beyond frustrating and quite frankly feels like blatant theft. I have the receipt and evidence of my characters not being upgraded.
