My guess is you thought you were at red crate cause that would have been the next milestone for rewards, but didn't actually cross it.
I was definitely at red crate. I had about 633 keycards when I maxed it last week. Been farming DCs since. Haven’t missed a red crate in ages, I am sure I had it. Bummed I didn’t grab a picture of it though.
"About 633" could be 622. Mistakes happen, you wouldn't be the first person that thought they were at red crate but missed out.
I haven't seen any other threads about being given the wrong crate, so I'm more inclined to believe it was more user error. It would be highly weird only one person had this bug happen to them.
I probably wouldn’t believe someone else saying this either, but looking at my screen saying maximum box achieved for a week is hard to miss. Not really expecting anything to be fixed just really wanted to see if anyone else had the issue. It is what it is, thank you for the input
