Problem with Rogue One LSB 1

Hi there. I recently purchased the Rogue One Lightspeed bundle 1, and the payment went through with a receipt in my email, but nothing showed up in-game. I reached out to in-game support, and they told me that the items have already been granted, but that's not the case. As you can see from the image, I did not receive the contents of the bundle:
