Purchase Failed Issue

Hey folks,

When trying to get my free Bronzium Data Card, I am routinely getting the following error message:

This is not an internet connection on my part, and it is becoming increasingly common event; it happens when using the EA Desktop app for PC. Can you guys look into and resolve this issue? It's tedious and annoying.

Hi Mate, Did you find a solution to this? I've got the same problem where I cannot purchase anything from the store without getting this message. Have had it for most of a week now, where before it was an intermittent issue. Hoping you found a solution because support has ended up logging it as a bug without any solution. Thanks!
