I just purchased the grand inquisitor lightspeed bundle on my account and when I logged in it just gave me like 7,000 crystals instead. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I can see that instead of the Grand Inquisitor Light Speed Bundle that you bought, you received Crystals. Don't worry as I'll look into it.
Our team is already aware of this issue and is currently investigating and looking for a fix as we wish to provide you the best gameplay experience.
I'm going to have to close this ticket and we'll release a notice once we get the fix for this. We don't have a fixed timeframe yet for the resolution but rest assured we'll be looking into it. For now, we ask for your patience and understanding as we do our best to fix this.
Any update? It seems a lot of us have had this same issue and still haven’t received our characters yet

This happened to me too! I purchased the starkiller light speed bundle on the PC client and I received crystals instead of my bundle. My ally code is 558-189-484 and my order number was 1005277172308 . Thanks for your assistance.

I know other people are posting about similar issues but I'm adding another post to the pile.
I bought the Grand Inquisitor LSB and received crytslas instead. I have raised a ticket using the in game help. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, it looks like this has happened before with other LSBs and been fixed.

This also happens to me this afternoon. I bought the Inquisitor lsb and received an error. Afterwards I didn’t receive the bundle but was given a pending charge. My ally code is 669-681-788.
