Purchased not received

Hi, I purchased on 2nd May the hyperdrive bundle.

I’ve been charged correctly and received the invoice from Applestore but I’ve not yet received the items, characters, ships, etc.. on mu account

could you please look into this issue?

    Hi @Aeklor

    Restoring the purchases may help it to show up. Could you give these steps a try please?

    1. Tap on the cog icon (Settings) on the Cantina screen.
    2. Tap on Restore Purchases (this will make the game check for and resync any recent purchases.)
    3. Check mail as you’ll get a notification through in-game mail if your purchase is successfully restored. 

    If restoring purchases doesn't help it to appear please get in touch with the EA Help support team by sending in an in-game help ticket. In order for the agents to locate your account they will need your Ally code and proof of the purchase so it'd be best to have those details handy

    Hi! Thanks for the hint. However I’ve already done both solutions that hour propose and got no solutions.

    I’ve not received the mail from the ticket neither restored with the purchase 

    any other way to contact them to solve the issue?

    Hi @Aeklor,

    Sorry, I'm not sure what you've done based off of your reply. Did you try restoring purchases?

    Have you've already send in an in-game help ticket and given the support team your proof of purchase?

    Hi Lanna, 

    yes I’ve done both of the options you mention.

    Tried restoring the purchase and did not work. I’ve tried as well sending the ticket with the proof of payment and still waiting a response since 2nd may.

    I would much appreciate support

    Hi @Aeklor,

    Ok, I understand, thanks for clarifying. You've done the right thing by reaching out to the support team with proof of purchase from in-game. Now it's a matter of waiting to hear back from them.

    If you don't receive any communication from them today, please update your help ticket to bump it with the support team. That should help it to be reentered into the queue and get picked up as soon as someone is free to investigate it should it have not found it's way there before.

    To bump your help ticket, go to help.ea.com and select 'Accounts' at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu that appears, choose 'My Cases' and from there select the case with the proof of purchase attached and update the case to reenter it into the queue.

    I'm forced to reopen the case again as I'm totally blocked with the customer srvice not solving the issue.

    I've open twice a ticket on my account but is being closed without the case being solved.

    The in-game customer service is only answering 1 a every 24 hours and just keeps saying that I provide a mobile screenshot (which is not true as I've shared a PC screenshot, and a scanned copy of APPPLE invoice) but they just keep saying it is no valid to them and redirect me to a link that does not help me at all.

    Honestly, I'm desperate and totally fustrated of the way this is being treated. I've spend 49,99€ and I'm just receiveing 1 message a day with a link.

    It's the worst customer service I've ever seen. it's 6 days receiving the same, day after day, no conversation, no help, no secondary options, just one message and one link.

    I beg you to help me find another way because this is being the worst customer experience I've have ever had.

    Bought the hyperdrive last week and still didnt get it. I sended every proof via Tickets and the Hotline said the proofs where ok but they cant activate the bundle because... they think i already have it. Well as everyone can see (id and code below) the bundle hasnt been activated. The Hotline said this forum is my last chance to get my hyperdrive bundle activated. I hope someone can help me
