Hi again,
I'm forced to reopen the case again as I'm totally blocked with the customer srvice not solving the issue.
I've open twice a ticket on my account but is being closed without the case being solved.
The in-game customer service is only answering 1 a every 24 hours and just keeps saying that I provide a mobile screenshot (which is not true as I've shared a PC screenshot, and a scanned copy of APPPLE invoice) but they just keep saying it is no valid to them and redirect me to a link that does not help me at all.
Honestly, I'm desperate and totally fustrated of the way this is being treated. I've spend 49,99€ and I'm just receiveing 1 message a day with a link.
It's the worst customer service I've ever seen. it's 6 days receiving the same, day after day, no conversation, no help, no secondary options, just one message and one link.
I beg you to help me find another way because this is being the worst customer experience I've have ever had.
