Quiggold Marquee event - finished tier 1, app crashed, no shards received

As I completed tier 1 of the event the app crashed. I restarted and the tier is completed, as well as related quests, but no shards awarded so I can’t unlock Quiggold and complete other tiers. I’ve ...

I also had the same issue happen. I have a separate ticket open as well - Kix Event Tier 1 - Missing Rewards | EA Forums - 12394167


I opened an in game support and they said the issue is fixed, closed the ticket. No shards were provided though (screenshot of in game "help" on this reply). Logged out and in multiple times to check and see if they sent any missing shards. Nope.

Hoping we can get some sort of resolution on this!
