After attempting to add to this, a second customer support employee said "You have received 2800 crystals and your relic tier is already at 8." THIS IS NOT WHAT I PURCHASED!
The R2D2 Lightspeed bundle states "Enhance your gameplay in the R2-D2 Journey Guide event with the R2-D2 Lightspeed Bundle! Instantly elevate Moff Gideon, Dark Trooper, Death Trooper, Range Trooper, and Shoretrooper to 7 stars, Level 85, Relic 5, and ability tier 7..." So far the customer service in-game has been a POOR experience as they don't even understand what the bundles contain. How can you assign an employee to fix an issue when they don't even know what it is I bought?! This is incredibly frustrating!
