For some time, I have been completing raids or making LONG attacks in raids that can easily take 15 to 45 minutes to complete. When I win or lose, sometimes the results screen never loads. After waiting, and waiting, then restarting the APP, I find that the results were not counted, and I lost all my progress.
Today, I managed to record it, and you can view the video on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/1zyraGB8Gi8
This time, I started the Rancor Raid right as the event went live. I auto completed it, which took 13 minutes. When it was over, I got nothing for it. After restarting the APP, I found the event was over. Now, as I started the event only 10 (or so) seconds after it was available, I should have no matter what achieved some results. However, it recorded 0 results, and instead of 1st or 2nd place, I got 20th!!
As I said, this has happened in other raids, that were NOT completed even after I FINISHED them. One time, I painfully completed the final 2 stages of the Tank Take down, which took over 40 minutes. When it was done, it did not record the results, and I had to do it again. Unfortunately, the app again lost connection and did not record the results the 2nd time.... I gave up, and was ranked around 24th, when I should have been 1st or 2nd again!
These raids take so much time, but I keep getting nothing for it... what's up with that? please view the video I posted as evidence: https://youtu.be/1zyraGB8Gi8
Hi @Han_Gerbil and sorry to hear that.
If you don't see the Victory screen with the final result, no damage will be counted towards the raid. This is working as intended. In your case, according to the video, you got the connection error message which appeared after you turned WiFi off (that is also intended). Usually, it is a well-known workaround to re-establish the connection to the server which appears to not have worked in your case, since you still did not get the Victory screen. Once you've restarted the game, all raid progress is gone.
We've had a look at our logs and can see some connection time-outs. Please make sure that your internet is strong and stable when doing raids and other important battles do prevent this to happen.
