Re: Lost Access to Main Account – 12M GP, All GLs R7+, Kyber 3 GAC

I am having the same issue, and apparently cant use the web/chat support either. It says to use the @eahelp twitter, which I also messaged. This is happening on 3 of my devices. 

+1.  I've been experiencing the same issue for the past 8 hours.  Have tried the same troubleshooting steps, except I did not try BlueStacks. I am able to connect using the PC client, but this is greatly affecting my ability to have access to play the game today.  On my android phone, I have no option to connect my Google play account.  Please help!  My ally code is 548-224-219

Final nail in the coffin for me... Goodbye swgoh 7 years wasted... 

It's the weekend, they will blame it on Google, so they don't have to send the sorry stuff

I feel the same, 2 accounts since day 1 of the game, I maybe done too. But I'm going to request all my money spent on thus game from them....

I'm in the same situation from this morning. I tried everything except bluestack because for now I can access only by smartphone. I also posted in the bug section but had no reply.. Meanwhile TB and conquest are running and my guild already lost a star because of this..

Same for me it's been 6hrs now 

I'm having the same issue. I've cleared the data and cache and uninstalled/reinstalled but no luck

Same issue for me, 10 years playing, 9,9M power and now can't get in my  play account.

This may be useful to decide to abandon this game.

Well, except that is nothing to do with google. It's not google's fault if there is no more connexion option in-game. If it was only Google play issue , we'd be  able to connect with our ea account.

Same problem but its been 10 days ,nothing works.Its something with android. If CG doesnt fix it , they will loose all players and it is deserved because we lost accounts in wich we wasted years.They dont do anything about it

Exactly the same for me on both my accounts. It's really pissing me off. 

Just got the problem. uninstall/install. clear cache. nothing. When it does ask if I have an account, it just starts a new game anyways. Nothing seems to let me link to my account. Would love some answers

Having the same issue aswell, although i can access my account through my PC.

same here. 2 times in 2 months. let's me access webstore, but not game. Backup account also frozen.  EA needs to fix this.

I was able to enter my account just fine until now, I'm being forced into doing the tutorial and there's no "Connect" button.

I demand a really big apology after this huge blunder.
