The swgoh game loads but can not read data from Google play. Swgoh forces me to start as a brand new player. Google play data shows up on other games though so wondering if it is an EA connectivity issue?

I have this too. Can't get into my real account. I can only play as gusta acxount which is no good to me when I have over 10 years of progress. Open tickets and tried to get EA help but nothing.

I tried to upgrade guest account to get the "Connect" button but it didn't work. I guess this bug will be fixed soon.

I have the exact same issue, I bought a new device, it arrived today, but when I install SWGOH it only allows me to make a new account, but doesn't react to me clicking on "Have an account"

About using an emulator on pc, also don't work. Tried Bluestacks and same issue. Can't connect to my account and always getting the new account tutorial.
I have had the same issue however the game does work for me when I'm on the PC Client if that's a work around for right now !
Please let us know which program it is for the computer client. I tried blue stacks and the windows one as well but nothing

Saddest thing is that there are more than 18 hours from issue started and still not a single reply from any mod or whatever. Total silence.
Urgh, same for me! All day! Can't log in via EA or the app... so now missed out on a day's worth of crystals, calendar, energy etc, etc... EA had better compensate as this has already happened this year, and they have is nothing!?😤😭
Uff, just noticed, that even all of our usernames suggest we're "new"😑
For what we lose, while not playing, they won't give us anything worth the down time. We loss out on guild deployment, daily rewards, events from yesterday and maybe today, this is way people left the game. As a day 1 player with 2 accounts over 10 million. This sucks

Yeah, that is INFURIATING! And as I've said in my own post...this has happened before, this year...and we got nothing by way of compensation!! And radio silence. Very, very poor!
