Hi, the OP does state that this was in Grand Arena, it is not in a raid where nihilus would have fearsome foe ability

Apologies I misread the post the first time ☹️

I tested the same scenario reported above in Squad Arena and didn't manage to repro. Enemy Nihilus had annihilated one of the characters in my team (I confirmed he had plenty of Max Health gained by that point), then I brought enemy Nihilus just a bit below 50% Health and used my Savage Overpower on enemy Nihilus and it did massive damage.

A video would help investigate further if you re-encounter this situation. Maybe enemy Nihilus recovered Health from buffs prior to using Overpower on him?

Nihilus had not gained health from buffs on him. My overpower is omegad for reference. The interaction may be more specific than I thought and thus harder to replicate. My Nihilus had annihilated the opposing Sion ( increasing my Nihilus's max health pool) prior to being annihilated by the opposing Nihilus ( now increasing health pool effectively by my Nihilus and his Sion. In that regard it may be a very specific bug in regards to recalculating max health after the multiple annihilates, I'm not sure. If I do get into another match like that I will record just in case.
