Sith Eternal lightspeed 2 bundle

Purchased the Sith Eternal Emperor Lightspeed 2 bundle on the webstore. Received crystals and not the correct in game items. I have tried going through in game EA help and they have nit been helpful at all. Please send the correct in game items if possible.
