Special Target promo bundle problem

I purchased an Apple gift card for $50 from Target and redeemed the SWGOH promo bundle in the iOS App Store and I have not received the rewards in the game app. The special bundle shows in my App Store purchase history.  I have tried reopening the game app several times, restoring purchases in the app, and even restarting the phone. Please help or advise. Thanks
