Bought Depa Billaba bundle II - haven't received any content

Over 8 hours ago I bought the Depa Billaba bundle II on the SWGOH webstore. Transaction was completed, the money is transferred but I haven't received the content of the bundle ingame.

Usually the bundles appear ingame immediately. This one didn't and still hasn't appeared over 8 hours after making the purchase. 

I have contacted EA Help through the Help section on the website. They told me I have to contact Google Play if I want to get a refund. Ironically I bought the bundle through the SWGOH webstore and Google Play has nothing to do with that whatsoever.

I would very much like to receive the contents of the bundle. How can I receive this?
