You must be 18 years old in order to see/access EA Connect button, regardless of geo-location. Unfortunately, your account is under 18 years old. If you want to update your DOB you will need to contact EA Help and ask for an update.

@KenwayLad Just ask them to update your date of birth on your swgoh account. They will tell you what details they'll need as proof. EA Help has a process for DOB requests.

I need help with this too!
I contacted help, it told me I needed to submit image of DL, but there’s no way to do that through the help screen.
