You must be 18 years old in order to see/access EA Connect button, regardless of geo-location. Unfortunately, your account is under 18 years old. If you want to update your DOB you will need to contact EA Help and ask for an update.

I need help with this too!

I contacted help, it told me I needed to submit image of DL, but there’s no way to do that through the help screen.

Also, I can’t seem to create a new post. When I try, the “Submit” button doesn’t do anything—which is why I replied to these old threads.

You must be 18 years old in order to see/access EA Connect button, regardless of geo-location. You are under 18 according to your account information. If the date of birth on your account is incorrect, please reach out to EA Help.
