Starkiller Datacron freezes the game

Starkiller datacron keeps freezing my game in a way the battle can't be continued. The clock keeps ticking but the characters stop moving and abilities won't show up. This happened 3 times and costed me 3 grand arena rounds. Am I the only one with this problem?
