Unable to access account after redownloading app to fix a store problem

I tried to buy a lightspeed bundle on my alt account (both worked seamlessly on my iPhone for years). The purchase had an error and disappeared. After redownloading the game to fix the issue, it made me start from the tutorial and did not save my account (which is fine since I’ve successfully imported my account recently when I upgraded phones). When I try to import my account again, it allows me to select the import option, enter an email, receive and enter a verification code, and verifies the account I’m going to log back into…and then loads up the same newer account.

I have poured a few thousand dollars into this game. Someone please help.
