Still can't purchase SEE bundle 2

I have sent multiple forums now and have had people comment that they have the same problem. I bought the first SEE bundle knowing I'd buy the 2nd, but it won't let me buy the 2nd bundle. I go to purchase and it still send the R2D2 pop-up saying "oops! There was a problem. Try again later." Please fix this
