Store Purchase Error

I attempted to buy an item from the store twice and it was met with an error both times. It instead gave me crystals but I really didn’t want/need them and would really like to receive what I had intended on purchasing instead.

Never experienced a bug like this before so I am not 100% sure how to go around resolving it so I came to the forums.
