T3 GL Rey Duel Cinematic Froze and Currency Lost

Complete cop out. Crystals for the tickets can be refunded.

The "To prevent this from happening in the future please follow the available troubleshooting steps" is nonsense. The issue is the lost currency or the lost GAC battle with these crashes. Comensate people properly.

So how is thet going to help me if i am stuck mid battle? It isn't

"Arkadiy (5/28/2020, 12:57:12 PM): Okay from the looks of it there was a bug with the game which caused this problem, usually such losses are returned within 24 hours, but for now i think we will have to ask you to submit a bug report in order to get the currency back"

I had this problem as well and support will not do anything to resolve the issue. I have been paying $4 a day in crystals to refresh events so I can try this event once every 2 days. So, this event cost me $8 and I did not get what I paid for. I was told it was a networking issue on my end. That's not the case at all. All I want is the 60 tickets so I can do the event again. If I had lost fair and square, then it was on me. That is not the case. I paid for a product and the product failed. 

Yea, support did nothing for me either.  I contacted them twice plus this forum post and got nothing.  I was severely disappointed with the lack of resolution.  This event is poorly designed through its use of currency.  None of the other event / journey characters have this kind of punishment on a lock up / freeze.  Had it been a reload the game and start the battle over, I would have had no issue with it.
