What do you mean that the Territory War doesn't pop up?
If you miss the registration window, the event will disappear for you during the setup, attack, and review phases.
The preview phase for this TW started at 8pm UTC on December 4th and ended on December 5th at 7pm UTC.
Hi and thx for getting back to us, when the territory war pops up not everyone is getting the notification that they can sign up or even the option too.
