Disappointed with lack of communication and hours without a fix. The proposed hot fix didn’t occur and/or didn’t work- again without comment by the devs. Missed several energy collections, activity in conquest, raid, TB. Where is the acknowledgment of poor performance affecting the player base…
What do you base that on? Im pretty sure they care a lot. They will be getting thousands of enquiries to deal with and will be working hard to resolve things. Cut them some slack. It’s only a game - go and do something real life until they fix it!
It is frustrating that you can’t access the game, the erase the game suggestion is not working, I hope they issue a new patch soon.
