the unable to login issue

like many others, not being able to sign in, or their workaround  not working. i decided to, for poops n giggles, pull out my old phone, which i had to update the android version on it, then updated the swgoh app, and attempted to try on my old phone, and to my surprise it logged in. i attempted to do what i could, but it was so glitchy and trying a battle it kept freezing up and seemed like it was ready to crash. i logged out, forced stop, cleared cache, and then tried on my newer phone that I have been playing on since I switched, and the recent login problem came along, but it goes through the same cycle of not logging in. the game for the most part isn't working on my old phone, but i got to claim a couple rewards that didn't expire yet and deploy in tb for my guild. but I can't do battles.

i sure hope the issue gets resolved soon. I'd like to be able to actually participate in my guilds functions. others in my guild still can't get on. we're down so many stars on tb because of the issue. i can only imagine what the upcoming tw matches will hold. a huge headstart for the opposing guild.
