This has happened to me twice where I finish my daily quests before they reset, but I am unable to claim my rewards. I get a popup that says “Daily Quests have reset. Your account has been granted unclaimed rewards, and a receipt has been sent to your inbox.” The problem is that my daily quests haven’t reset yet which you can see on the timer in my screenshots. When my quests actually reset, I receive the individual rewards in my inbox, but I am not receiving the crate for completing all 7 dailies even though they were all completed before reset. This means I am missing out on all the crate rewards including crystals, episode points, and Kyros. I should receive my missing 2 crates or the equivalent of all the missing rewards.

This wouldn't be an issue if they sent the crate rewards to the inbox as well since you can still complete the challenges during the 5 minute refresh period (you just can't claim them). Losing the crate rewards because the game decided it doesn't want to send them to the inbox is terrible game design. I never had this issue before they made the UI changes. This can probably be fixed by making the crate rewards claimable once all of the daily challenges are completed instead of when their rewards are claimed.

Happened to me again. I think I’ve discovered that if the quest is completed in the last 5 minutes before reset, it won’t let you claim which isn’t how it has ever been or should be.

This happened to me today and yes it was with 3 minutes till reset.CG, if you are changing something like this a bit of communication would be helpful.If it’s an error on your part or even if it’s not please send one day completion rewards to 272-546-983 please.

this has been happening for me as well. Please address this CG! If it says we have until a certain time, we should have until that time and not a few mins before :(

Same here. Garbage service from EA. Deleting all accounts with EA and never spending another cent on ANYTHING EA.

Same here, 2 days in a row. This happens to me pretty regularly when I’m completing my dailies in the final half hour before reset.

EA_HighCommand: any updates? This has been an ongoing issue for over 5 months.
It wouldn’t be an issue if the big daily crate rewards would get mailed to us like all the other individual daily activities smaller rewards
