Unable to claim daily quest rewards

Question

I completed my daily quests on December 8th but couldn't claim the rewards for them, preventing me from collecting the reward for completing all daily quests. Instead, I got the individual daily quest rewards in my inbox the next day, but obviously still didn't get the rewards for completing all of the daily quests. I tried on both PC and iOS and got the same error message.

Anyone else have an issue like this? Missing out on crystals and kyros after completing the quest is not okay.

I had the same issue. I used the in game support which was horrible. I have a video of the issue happening, screen shots and proof. They refused to help or understand. I missed two days of claiming even though there was time left on the timer. &nbsp;iOS here. In game support was a giant exercise in frustration. They are the worst.&nbsp;
