Unable to link PC account to Android

I started again playing with a brand new account as the PC client was launched. However now and then I would like to play using my phone, but I cannot link my account which was started on PC to my Android phone.

When I open the game on phone and click that I have an account and then EA Connect, it just gives me this error shown in the picture. I've also tried to go through the Google Account, but that doesn't work at all, just gives me a brand new account on phone.
