As of yesterday (Thanksgiving Day), the store works as per usual, but when attempting to purchase Tier 10 of the Conquest Ascension, I get the spinning wheel, and then my game is frozen. I did all of the usual BS, including deleting/reinstalling the game, and I've heard nothing even vaguely useful from anyone as to why this may be happening. This offer is only going on for 2 more days, and I'd rather not get hosed out of it. Anyone else?
Same issue. I am trying to buy the level 10 package and the game is stuck. Never played something where it was so difficult to spend cash.
on a different but similar topic, I was considering the calendar energy pack but have no idea how much energy it is a day and knowing CG it could be 100 energy a day or 1000 energy a day. I’m not gambling on a packs value.
I don't want to put my foot in my mouth, but I think the calendar is 600 energy, but definitely confirm that first. The EA help actually asked me for a screenshot, so I sent them a screenshot of the frozen loading wheel. Not really sure how that helps, but it's still going on a full 2 days after first attempting to purchase tier 10. Meh.
I was getting that same problem, but try searching for energy via Conquest. Click on Energy and when it asks for you to find more energy options, it should present to you the option in the store for the Conquest Ascension. (Either that, or click on the Conquest Ascension icon on the right hand of the screen). I can't remember exactly how I got around it, but I just could never get it to the load in the In-Game Store. It was just give me the spinning circle of death.
