Can't access the Webstore's Daily Free Chest (on 2 different browsers)

Can't access webstore. Accounts all connected. Changed password to try that update. Nothing has worked. Used to access it daily but given the recent "content" (Coliseum & Relic Delta) I don't access as often or give a single dollar to this game, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't have access to the free to play bonuses.
