What is going on with this company?

Where did my Episode credits go?

I had 27,000 Episode credits sitting in my inbox a few days, waiting to be claimed; newer player still figuring out the more advanced systems.

The game told me that claiming those credits would put me over the Episode credit limit, and that I would be wasting them; so I was figuring out what to buy from the Episode store so that I could claim those credits sitting in my inbox without losing any.

I go back to my inbox, and now the Episode credits are gone; you guys took them away without saying anything... for what!? Not cool!

Please put back those credits in my inbox. I've spent enough real money on this game, that you guys should not be treating me this way.
