Why Is their no way to recover an account without an Ally Code in SWGOH?
I have spend 6 hours today messaging multiple Support people trying to recover and account i had for years, lead a productive guild in, and spend significant time and money on. It is absolutely ridiculous that i cant recover my account because for some reason when i log into EA, or game center, or Apple i get a zeroed, brand new account. Where the heck did it go? ive provided my gamertag, i have video footage of my game play, i have ally codes of other people i used to game with and many other details to prove its my account. however they could not assist me in locating it. told me that logging into the "linked" accounts was the only way to recover it. wtf am i supposed to do when all of my "links" are starting accounts? wtf is this EA? it seems like you all dont care about your players let along returning ones. I want my money and time back for all the wasted efforts i put into an account that seemingly evaporated. I tried asking their "* portting" network for escalation to see if someone with greater access could at least verify my accounts existence or not. the * disconnected me, ended the chat. what kind of garbage support are you supposed to be providing???? How am i supposed to play any of your games when i know this is what awaits me when there is a problem? Someone please explain to me how theyve gotten away with presenting this pretty pile of * back to the cow who plopped it. We there are problems, i dont want the problem shoveled down my throat. *, farmer John i was hoping you would take that shovel of shift and produce some corn i can enjoy. me as the consumer, having been a long time player wanted to come back after recommending the game to some new coworkers. now i am going to recommend they disconnect and we can hop on a game that takes care of their community like Hell-Divers (excluding playstation).
