Dear Capital Games, your update has caused severe lag in essentially all game modes: Squad Arena, Fleet, Territory war.
One can assume GAC will experience lag as well, so not only do we have to deal with relic delta, we now also have to deal with serve game lag.
The lag is making the game almost unbearable and not enjoyable it has costed me personally matches I should of won in territory war, and I suspect it will cost me in GAC
I am certain am not the only player to experience this, I think that CG should compensate it’s players for these technical issues.
Well it's not the relic delta business that's causing the problem. I just did a single battle with bane r9 vs a R5 qa, I thought hey let's do one battle for crystals because no way can I win with this lag as I time out most battles. First special from bane froze the game for so long that it timed out. That's like a 3 minutes freeze. And there's no relic delta in this ga, not turned on yet. In short, the game is completely unplayable outside of pc. Oh and that's on a Samsung s23, which plays start trek fleet command (open map with lots of space battles), diablo and some FPS games with no lags at all. How is it possible for a game that should use so little resources to lag so badly? Heck even my wife's iphone 17 pro max struggles in levi mirror match. I mean wtf? Oh **bleep** it, its like sceaming at the wind. I am done, screw it
Are you **bleep** serious? This game is totally unplayable and not even one response or acknowledgement of the issue. Are you going to compensate people or brush it under the carpet? This is totally unacceptable and really shows how inept you are in delivering an update. This has cost myself and others losses in GAC and Fleet. An update on this would would be nice.
I'm really disappointed, enough that I'm actually coming to a forum to express it. Fleets are a crap shoot that end in time out, I timed out 2 matches in GAC, and I just.. Don't want to play. I never feel like I don't want to play SWGOH.
Being one player is inconsequential, but I guess I hope my voice is worth something if I throw it into the masses. Games and guilds become a second home where we spend our free time, and to not want to be there anymore is a bummer to say the least. Hopefully it gets better, I'll keep an eye on the forums in case it does.
I have not been able to do anything in fleet arena for two days and I suspect it will continue until they get a proper fix. Timed out in most of my TW battles, which cost my guild two droid brains as they couldn't have any full banners wins from me. I have not tried GAC but I'm ready to assume I'm going lose as well because of this lag. I have lost more than a thousand crystals so far.
PLEASE FIX YOUR F****ing game ! Or are all of you at captial games just incompetent money grubbing pieces of dried up white dog turds ? Hmmmm?
You guys at CG had the bright idea to give us a bunch of CRAP nobody asked for Colosseum or WHALESEUM we didn’t want or asked for your broken horrible crap game mode centered around getting people to spend more money on your stupid characters no one can use for 3 months.
So let me get this straight we have to fight against relic delta? Fight against **bleep** POOR matchmaking in GAC, but now we also have to fight battle lag.
Your battle lag has costed me four battles in GaC, I should of easily won because of your stupid relic delta…,,,,but the time runs out because after every frame the sh*t freezes but the clock keep’s ticking.
I am throughly upset because you guys and your lackluster update is costing me and many other players battles in GaC and fleet.
Again this battle lag makes the mobile version (this is a MOBILE game) completely unbearable and not fun at all, and if this is not fixed as soon as possible, I will be quitting this game.
YOU CAPTIAL GAMES, need to compensate all of players atleast a #1 rewards chest in GAC no less than 700 crystals, we do not want your little 50 crystals and some kyrotech and a “ sorry for the inconvenience”
