Your update caused LAG

Hello CG Team, some guildmates and me are in the same boat, the LAG in battles is terrrible, special with PKHO or LV or any unit with a lot of AOE abilities.
I play in an Android Phone (Samsung S25+, Android version 16). In the PC client the lag is more manageable.
I recorded some battles if it helps for rising a ticket.

Well if it stays like this, I'll have to quit too. Can't do GA, TW or fleet arena at all. There's no way to do a levi vs levi within 5 minutes. No fleet arena, no ga, no crystals. Dead in the water. Now I spend a little, but why would I if I can't play the game at all. I don't do PC gaming and I have a MacBook anyway. Possible to install it on a mac, I know, but it's a pain in the rear and I need my laptop for other things. That thing is compiling most of the time

I am essentially am forced to quit because of the lag. Fleets are literally unwinnable now due to timing out 

Can confirm this has been happening to me too since the update, it is fine when playing on the PC client, but borderline unplayable on Android. Have had 2 fleet arena battles time out due to lag on my phone.

Literally just timed out in a fleet battle, I got mad and instantly came here to check my post .

Not everyone plays on PC, and seeing as this is a multi million dollar mobile game, I think it would only be fair that CG as I said compensate it’s players due to the extreme “battle lag” .

Same, time out on fleet climbs, lost lots of crystals over the past two days... 

even as someone (very) low in the tiers of arena & I got timed out b/c of the awful interaction

every attack causes frame drops, every hit causes frame drops, & opponents who take 30+ turns (b/c they dont belong in the same tier due to inactivity) cause a daisy chain of this leading to time outs, I dont really care about winning or losing, I just want to see several (or all) turns pass w/o the game melting time into stretches of infinity.

Yep.

Fleet Arena freezes for about 3 seconds with every move, but the clock keeps ticking away.  This is causing every Battle to Time-Out, and I cannot climb to 1st.

This is costing me valuable Crystals.

I couldn't move from 8th yesterday, and today I'm stuck at 18.

I'm ready to quit.

I have to add to that.

I experience the same problem, especially in fleet arena, after every attack the game basically loads, so i cannot complete the battle in 5 minutes when i play on my phone.

Lost me my 1st place in fleet arena yesterday, this time i was able to get to my computer, but for a mobile game not being able to complete a battle in the 5 minutes time you are given and missing out on a lot of crystals seems unfair.

Are you aware of that problem and is it being fixed?
