Stuttering when moving mouse.
I've recently changed from an intel MacBook Pro with windows 10 to a HP gaming laptop. The Macbook played the game fine, but now that I have a my new computer moving the mouse makes the game stutter....

Oh yes the cursor flickering like it’s changing context sensitive started happening a couple patches back and it honestly feels like it’s only gotten more flickery lol. This stuttering with the mouse tho, this is new to me. Is there a way you can record your screen and post it here? If you have nvidia you can use the nvidia overlay with nvidia app to capture a instant replay or record for how ever long you need
