I've never had that error. Your chip or card, or whatever obviously doesn't support vulkan

my friend... there has been 6 other threads that all contained this same error with instructions how to address it and what to do/ to wait for the update. They told us all that it was incorrect and that we needed to change our permissions, then they said to post our vulkan info and DxDiag, and to screenshot the error because thousands of people were having the same error... then after 4 updates they are now telling us if we still have this error, to start a new thread so they can resolve it, so here i am starting a new thread... Just because you don't know what's going on, doesn't mean you need to comment here about "obviously" when this is a known error with legit MULTIPLE threads on this very forum that you clearly didn't see/ read..... Goodnight

I have an Nvidia card and an AMD card and neither of them have that error, and never have. And yes, ik people are having the same error, and their gpus must not have vulkan support. No Vulkan, no play.

I am also still having the same issue post- 2/20 update and have received the same error message.

khahn2012 According to your DX Diag log your CPU is an Intel i5-4590.
Its integrated GPU (HD Graphics 4600) does not support Vulkan under Windows, as Intel stopped making drivers for it. You can even check Vulkan GPU Info, only Linux drivers enable Vulkan on it:
https://vulkan.gpuinfo.org/listreports.php?devicename=Intel%28R%29+HD+Graphics+4600+%28HSW+GT2%29
Sadly, TS1 Legacy isn't compatible with your GPU. If you have a desktop you can look into getting a new discrete graphics card.

Meganyo4Your CPU is a 5200U (Broadwell architecture) and the integrated card is an HD5500. It doesn't support Vulkan under Windows, so TS1 Legacy isn't compatible with your CPU.
You can find more info on this Reddit thread

Thank you. I've requested a refund and posted my experience in the new threads. Thanks so much
