The Sims 1 Legacy still not working after 2/20 update

EA_Solairehas a PM with the vulkaninfo- I have left the dxdiag 3 times now. I am posting one more time in hopes that anyone will provide some clarity, and including vulkaninfo here. this is ridic...

    Meganyo4Your CPU is a 5200U (Broadwell architecture) and the integrated card is an HD5500. It doesn't support Vulkan under Windows, so TS1 Legacy isn't compatible with your CPU.
