Could someone please explian this?

I found this problem on my computer and I already fixed flies inside the Steam Application, also upgraded my lastest graphic version (NVIDIA). I do not what cause of the problem but it's still happened everytime I start the Sims 2.

P.s. from the last time I played TS2, all the saved games have gone and I had to redownloaded everything (such as the cities, the universities, etc.)
