I load into the game and all goes fine, except when I try to load a household, neither mine nor the already existing households from EA ones are working.
Then it loads for about 30 seconds before it will pop up an error.
"The application has crashed. The application will now terminate"
Please help ...
I have exactly the same problem, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still doesn't work, wondering if it's better to refund via the EA app and buy it on steam instead? Apparently you can sort of fix bugged flies on steam via the platform.
I bought on Steam and it's working for me. I try to avoid the EA app like the plague.
Turn off overlay.
