Sims 2 Legacy - invisible sim!

so, a sim of mine was woohooing in the car, and the game bugged. force error, reset sim and the dude she was with, but they both disappeared. her plumbob is there, her name and icon still on the left side, she can complete actions i just... cannot see her LOL. i took out my mods, reloaded, same thing; she wasn't there. does anyone have any kind of idea how to fix this? i don't want to restart this save if possible :(
